are fortunate to have day-to-day interaction with many of the
individuals and families that have been so instrumental in making our

Signature Title provides title and escrow services for the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
After
both parties negotiate the term of their deal and sign a sales
contract, many tasks are to be accomplished before closing a deal. As
the title and escrow company, Signature Title facilitates the process
in getting the buyer and seller for a settlement. We work closely with
real estate professionals, brokers, lenders, insurers and other to
ensure that the process goes smoothly.
As
far as refinance transactions, Signature Title does everything possible
to coordinate the process between borrowers and lenders. Having fewer
parties involved sometimes allows for refinance closings to be
conducted by our attorneys at a certain place and time that is more
convenient for the borrowers, e.g., borrowers home, work, brokers
office, ect.
